Gayle Zinda

Gayle is an inspirational speaker, story teller, author and woman of faith. She is a wife, mom, and Grammy. Gayle is a lung and breast cancer survivor. She is a former nurse and small business owner who provided wigs, breast prostheses, lymphedema assistance and paramedical makeup for cancer, burn, and auto accident survivors.  She was the host and producer of the cable talk program Insights which addressed a variety of health concerns including cancer.

Gayle has extensive experience in the nursing field. She worked as a home health, medical-surgical cancer, pediatric, and plastics scrub nurse as well as serving as an administrator for an obstetrics-gynecology practice.  Gayle has also had significant experience with volunteer groups including a three-year term as president of the Kentucky chapter of the American Cancer Society.

Gayle and her son Adam traveled the United States in a 31-foot pink RV with six foot tall lemons called the Motorvator for a year on a tour to promote her book Pink Lemonade: freshly squeezed insights to stir your faith™. Pink Lemonade  has won National book awards including the USA Book News gold seal and a silver IPPY award. She will be releasing the revised edition in the fall. The following year, the RV was redesigned for the Lung Cancer Alliance. Gayle and Adam traveled the country promoting lung cancer awareness issues.
